Spiced, roasted cauliflower tossed with chickpeas sounds simple but we’ve packed so many spices in here; coriander, cumin, cinnamon, nutmeg and turmeric. Great with falafel and houmous.

A vibrant, delicious veggie curry which is warming rather than hot. Perfect with brown rice and our turmeric dahl.
